As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern our Refund Policy. By purchasing a course on LearnioBD, you agree to the following:

1. Digital Products (Online Courses)

Since our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download or streaming, we generally offer a limited refund policy to prevent abuse of our content.

• Eligibility for Refund: Refund requests are only considered if submitted within 24 hours of the purchase date.
• Course Progress: To be eligible for a refund, the user must have consumed less than 10% of the course content. If you have watched more than 10% or downloaded offline resources, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Duplicate Purchase

In the event of a duplicate purchase of the same course due to a technical error, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method after verification.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to support@learniobd.online with your Order ID and the reason for the refund.
• Our team will review your request and course progress within 3-5 working days.
• If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank). It may take 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• The 24-hour refund window has passed.
• The user has violated our Terms and Conditions (e.g., account sharing or piracy).
• Promotional or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated).
